This message indicates that no API call has been received by the ShieldSquare server in the Verification (or Sandbox) mode. To avoid this message, please ensure the following:

The Verify Integration page only detects API requests with your SandBox subscriber ID. Hence confirm that you are using the SandBox subscriber ID during the verification process. Production subscriber ID will not be detected during verification process.

You have made at least five requests within the last three hours before proceeding to check the Verify Integration page.

Check the _ss2_domain property in the ss2_config file (Both files will be found under root folder) and ensure that it has been set to the domain/IP of nearest ShieldSquare server (For assistance on this, please reach to support@shieldsquare.com.)
