Login to ShieldSquare Admin Portal.
- Click on Account Management in the top right corner
- Under Manage Users, click on Add User
- Enter the mail ID of the member you want to add
- Set their account permission as Admin/View Reports Only based on your need
- A verification mail will reach them to verify their identity
- On successful verification, the user will be able to access the account
