Wondering how to give access to your team members and share insights on bot traffic affecting your site? Follow the steps below to grant access.

  1.  Login to ShieldSquare Admin Portal.
  2. Click on Account Management in the top right corner

  3. Under Manage Users, click on Add User

  4. Enter the mail ID of the member you want to add
  5. Set their account permission as Admin/View Reports Only based on your need

  6. A verification mail will reach them to verify their identity
  7. On successful verification, the user will be able to access the account
