The data shown on the ShieldSquare portal is specific to a timezone. If you feel there is a mismatch between the data shown in the portal and your server logs, timezone setting has to be configured accordingly. 


Follow the steps below to set your timezone:


    1. Login to the ShieldSquare portal

    2. Go to Account> User Management in the top  menu bar



    3. Under Timezone settings, choose your appropriate time zone from the drop down list and click update to save your settings.
