The data shown on the ShieldSquare portal is specific to a timezone. If you feel there is a mismatch between the data shown in the portal and your server logs, timezone setting has to be set accordingly. Follow the steps below to set your timezone.
- Login to ShieldSquare portal.
- Under configuration, click on Timezone
- Under Timezone settings, choose your appropriate time zone from the drop down list and click update to save your settings.
Note: The above timezone configuration is specific to user. In case of any data discrepancies among your team members, please check your timezone configurations.
