The data shown on the ShieldSquare portal is specific to a timezone. If you feel there is a mismatch between the data shown in the portal and your server logs, timezone setting has to be configured accordingly. Follow the steps below to set your timezone: 

(1) Login to ShieldSquare Admin Portal 

(2) Go to Account tab >> User Management

(3) Click on Change Timezones button and make the necessary changes in Time Zone Settings
