A red cross next to “JS Data” on the Verify Integration page indicates that the JavaScript requests have not been received by the ShieldSquare servers. Please go through the following cases:

JavaScript snippets have not been included in the page. This can be checked by viewing the source of the page in the browser. There should be two code snippets (API & JS) of ShieldSquare embedded into the page.

If your web page has ajax content, integrate on the webpage that does not have ajax calls for verifying integration. Alternatively, remove ShieldSquare integration for ajax requests and verify integration.
