Generally, it takes about 2-3 hours for the production data to reflect in the ShieldSquare Dashboard. Sometimes it takes 24 hours to visualize bot data in the dashboard. ShieldSquare engine is a self learning component which gets fine tuned with time and data.

We recommend you to write to support@shieldsquare.com once you are done with Production environment integration.
