Yes. ShieldSquare empowers you to configure a separate response for a specific family under a Legitimate bot Category. Log into ShieldSquare admin portal. Click on Legitimate-Bot Analysis page, you will find a column as 'Whitelist/Blacklist'. Each family will have this configuration drop down with below three options as shown in the figure. 

  • Default : The response configured for the Legitimate bot category in 'Bot Response' Page is applied by default.  
  • Blacklist : If you want to blacklist a specific family/families of a Category, you can set it to 'Blacklist' (in Parallel configuring 'Allow' in 'Bot Response' page for the category). 
  • Whitelist : If you want to Whitelist/allow only a specific family/families of a Category, you can set it to 'Whitelist' (in Parallel configuring 'Block/CAPTCHA' in 'Bot Response' page for the category). .
