The data shown on the ShieldSquare portal is specific to a timezone. If you feel there is a mismatch between the data shown in the portal and your server logs, timezone setting has to be set accordingly. Follow the steps below to set your timezone.
- Login to ShieldSquare portal
- Click on the top right corner, go to Account Management
- Under Timezone settings, choose an appropriate time zone from the drop down list and click update to save your settings.
