The data shown on the ShieldSquare portal is specific to a timezone. If you feel there is a mismatch between the data shown in the portal and your server logs, timezone setting has to be set accordingly. Follow the steps below to set your timezone.

  1. Login  to ShieldSquare portal
  2. Click on the top right corner, go to Account Management
  3. Under Timezone settings, choose an appropriate time zone from the drop down list and click update to save your settings.
