The data shown on the ShieldSquare portal is specific to a timezone. If you feel there is a mismatch between the data shown in the portal and your server logs, timezone setting has to be set accordingly. Follow the steps below to set your timezone.

  1. Login to ShieldSquare portal.
  2. Under configuration, click on Timezone
  3. Under Timezone settings, choose your appropriate time zone from the drop down list and click update to save your settings.


Note: The above timezone configuration is specific to user. In case of any data discrepancies among your team members, please check your timezone configurations.
