You can submit data erasure requests from ShieldSquare portal - Settings > GDPR - Erasure request. You can submit two types of data erasure requests from ShieldSquare portal. 


1. Data subject erasure request - If any of your end user requested for data deletion, you can choose 'Data Subject Request' and specify the IP address or User ID (hashed one) in the requested field. ShieldSquare compliance team receives the request and initiates the requested data erasure from all our data stores. Typically the process takes maximum of 48 hours and you will be notified once the data erasure is successful.



STEPS: 

1. Go to Settings >> GDPR - Erasure request 

2. Ensure that under "Right to be Forgotten", the radio button is enabled for "Data Subject Request" 

3. From the drop down select "IP Address" / "User ID" 

4. Enter the value of the field selected 

5. Click on Delete


2. Data Controller request - If you want to delete your data from all ShieldSquare databases, you can choose 'Data Controller Request' and click on 'Delete all data'. ShieldSquare compliance team receives the request and initiates the requested data erasure from all our data stores. Typically the process takes maximum of 5 working days and you will be notified once the data erasure is successful.


STEPS: 

1. Go to Settings >> GDPR - Erasure request

2. Ensure that under "Right to be Forgotten", the radio button is enabled for "Data Controller Request"

3. Click on Delete all Data
