ShieldSquare doesn't provide facility to blacklist a particular IP for following reasons:

a. Bots use cluster of IPs to target a site and will keep coming from different IP as we start blocking each one manually. It would then become a continuous human effort and more of reactive measure.

b. Most of the time, Bots use cloud service to acquire an IP and will release the IP once the work is completed. This IP can possibly be reallocated to a good user in future so a permanent block is not a good option.

And most importantly, ShieldSquare doesn’t just rely on IP to block bot traffic. It captures the end bot signature which is device fingerprint + IP based to uniquely identify the source of attack and block request based on the bot signature. Click here  to know more.
